Where do you ship to?

We ship only within the Contiguous United States. Meaning we ship to all states except Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

When can I expect my order?

Your item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Thus, all orders will be shipped on the first available business day after the designed product is completed (2 – 5 business days), unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation. Orders cannot be processed and shipped on the same day that they are placed. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing!

What if my item is damaged or not what I ordered?
